Simply browse our wide range of products, add your favorites to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Choose your preferred payment method, and you’re done!

2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

3. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available for all products?
Yes! COD is available on most products. However, COD orders require verification, which may delay shipping by 1–2 days.

4. Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely! We use a secure payment gateway to ensure all your transactions are encrypted and safe.

5. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 days and typically delivered in 3–5 business days.

6. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we ship to all locations across India using trusted courier partners like Bluedart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, ShadowFax, and XpressBees.


Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

9. What is your return policy?
We offer a 5-day return window. Ensure you record an unboxing video, and the product is in its original condition to be eligible.

10. Who pays for return shipping?
A flat fee of Rs. 100 is charged as a return shipping and restocking fee.

11. When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 8–15 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

12. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it’s dispatched by emailing us at support@dukaandaare.in.


Exchanges & Product Issues

13. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! Exchanges are allowed for faulty/damaged products (with an unboxing video) and size-related issues (once), with a Rs. 150 exchange fee.

14. Are there any non-returnable items?
Yes. Candles, wax items, and perishables are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

15. What if I receive a damaged product?
We’re sorry! Please share the unboxing video with us at support@dukaandaare.in, and we’ll sort it out ASAP.
